We care about the environment as much as you do. That's why we've replaced the individual toiletries in your room with larger-sized products.

If required, additional amenities are available upon request at Reception.

Room towel change

You can help preserve the environment with a simple gesture: reuse the towels in your room. When you want to change them, just leave them in the bath or shower tray.

Pool towels*

Have you forgotten to bring towels for the pool? We offer a pool towel service for a deposit of €10 (ask at reception). You can exchange them for a new one for a fee of €1 per towel.

• Full board with drinks included (water, soft drinks, beer and/or wine).
• Bar service from opening until midnight (from 18 June to 8 September until 1 a.m.): all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages on our menus, except for certain items (reserves, special beers, cocktails, etc.), which you can also enjoy for an additional charge.
• Tapas of the day from 12:00 noon to 3:00 p.m. at the bar or pool bar.
• Crisps (Lay's lightly salted, Bocabits and Pelotazos) and ice cream in tubs of various flavours, from when the bar or pool bar opens until closing time.
• Afternoon snack from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., consisting of a sandwich, a pastry and assorted fruit, depending on daily availability.
• If you wish to have lunch at the Beach Club (in hotels that have one), you will enjoy a 40% discount on the menu prices (except special offers).

We offer you our laundry services so that your garments also receive the best treatment when it comes to cleaning.

We advise you to use the safe (for a fee) available in all hotel rooms. The insurance covers up to €1,500 per theft. The hotel is not responsible for items and belongings that are not stored in the safe. Please enquire at Reception.

Your pet is also welcome at our establishment.

• One (1) pet (dog or cat) is permitted, weighing no more than 25 kg.
• Upon arrival, we will request a supplement of €25 for cleaning costs, plus €12 for each night of your stay.

Out of respect for other guests enjoying the hotel, your pet is not permitted in the common areas and must remain in your room. Furthermore, your pet is expected to behave appropriately and not disturb the peace and quiet of others.
